Serena Beach Hotel and Spa is located on the beach in Mombasa, close to Bamburi Beach. 3 restaurants and a bar/lounge. Room service is available 24 hours a day. outdoor pool, a children's pool, a health club, a spa tub, and a sauna. The full service health spa has body treatments, massage/treatment rooms, and beauty services.

2011. An unbelievable hotel with brilliant staff, who go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food is superb. The rooms are immaculate, I had a garden view room.The pool area was spotless, and the pool atendents charming.

2011.  The hotel is clean and service is excellent. The food was outstanding. The Spa is top notch with treatment rooms outside and inside and the treatments well delivered and good value for money.

2011.  Must say I we where rather surprised, We had an upgrade to a garden room which was ,spacious clean, Mossey nets no holes. The evening meals, with an array of salads, colds, soups rissoto, loveley PUDS...fresh fruit, pile on the pounds or be heathly its your choice. Overall you will enjoy your stay at Serena, be pampered by the friendly staff,relax and enjoy your stay.

2011.  My husband and I recently got married at this wonderful hotel. It was the best day of our lives and a large part of that was due to the amazing staff and beautiful location.

2011.  Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Serena Beach Hotel & Spa. From start to finish, we were made to feel welcome by the fantastic staff at the hotel. I would say that the hotel is not aimed at catering for children, it is more for those wishing to just chill out. The food was excellent at all times, catering for both veggies and non veggies alike. There was plenty of selection and most nights was served at the table with just the odd buffet evenings.

2011.  Mainly older couples, & a few families. No rowdies or badly-behaved children.

2011.  The staff at this hotel were professional,friendly and well trained. Food was very good and well varied. Lovely atmosphere. Garden rooms were large and well fitted out. I will be back. My son and I had a great holiday.

2011.  I have read the reviews and could add little more. The staff from top to bottom are the most friendly and helpful in the world. And not only that they are brilliantly trained and very professional indeed. There are many repeat customers and most first timers say they will come back again. What better recommendation.

2011.  The service over all was very good. Kind of slow in bringing drinks...but we are from Chicago where we are used to getting everything in one second flat...so it was good for us to slow down. The staff we very helpful and there for whatever we needed. We absolutely LOVED our time in Kenya staying at this resort (and we have traveled the world for many years). Do not hesitate to book a stay here!

The Mombasa Serena Beach hotel is located on the North Coast and is therefore very easily accessible. It is also easy to access various tourist attractions from the hotel such as fort jesus and Mombasa island itself. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful and always willing to assist. The Swahili architecture makes this hotel unique and lovely. The hotel is located on a lovely white sandy beach. The children facilities are excellent and the pool is fantastic. We found the food divine and looked forward to every meal during our stay.

Best holiday ever, Hotel great staff helpful, food good. We have come away feeling relaxed and as though we have been treated like royalty. If you go on a safari ask to keep your room otherwise they will ask you to pack up.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Clean and staff were friendly. It was good value for money. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and return there ourselves.

First time in Africa, and we really loved it at the Serena Beach. It is right on the beach, so within 2 minutes of waking up you can be going for a refreshing dip in the warm Indian Ocean! Food was consistently fantastic, breakfast and dinner. The room was luxiourious.

The best hotel I have stayed in. We had 3 weeks here for our honeymoon and couldn't have made a better choice. The staff are very helpful.
