Best location in Kenya, but one of worst hotels. But the staff are so helpful and friendly. Flamingo Beach their flagship is a wreck now. Food awful, rooms stink. ASC are now bankrupt. This is my first ever holiday complaint, also we booked this holiday to get some sun and to cheer ourselves up after being told of a medical condition. The Flamingo Beach 5 shields suggests that there are good standards of accommodation, food, service, facilities. However the list of complaints are endless.
